AEL Solutions is the trading name for A&E Leisure Limited, a sound, well established business over 10 years. It is 100% privately owned by Richard Smith and Jenny Green.
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service alongside products that offer great design, great performance and great value for money.
A high level of investment every year has meant we have continually expanded our offering and developed new ideas and systems to improve our quality of performance.
AEL designs products for the purpose and we continually look at how designs can be improved whilst also introducing new and innovative products to the market. Every year we travel extensively, visiting exhibitions and factories all over the world looking at products, materials and new ideas. These are then evaluated and new products designed using materials and a specification to suit our commercial customers and the UK climate.
We are proud to have a factory in the UK where we produce many of the products. This gives us a flexibility to customise products to meet customer’s needs.
New products are regularly added to this site.
We each have over thirty years of experience each in the industry. Our knowledge, built up over all those years, enables us to better understand what is required and then we endeavour to ensure we deliver.
AEL has a great team of forty people and many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years and several over twenty. Their skill and experience is invaluable and they are key in enabling us to deliver to a high standard.
We do not get it right all of the time and if we get it wrong we communicate with our customers and put things right as fast as possible.
