EXPERIENCED FINANCE/RECONCILATIONS PERSON

Our dynamic company, supplying outdoor furniture and accessories, requires an accurate, tenacious and reliable finance team member.

Duties will include:
reconciling expense, bank and ledger accounts.
Investigate and resolve reconciliations and stock queries.
Control overnight expenses and petty cash.
Post banking receipts and bank transactions.
Debtor chasing.
Assist the Financial Controller with various processes in the computer system to process costs and income.
Monthly statistics reporting/analysis.
Cover purchase ledger when necessary.

Attention to detail, experience in query resolution, excellent verbal/written communication, together with spreadsheet/computing skills are essential for this role.
