Ley Park Primary, Hertfordshire
The Problem

Ley Park Primary School had a small stand of trees in the grounds that were attractive enough from a distance but the ground beneath was constantly muddy with little grass growth. The area was usually unsuitable for play. In other words, it was a waste of valuable space.
The Solution
AEL came to the rescue with a three-part solution:
AEL personnel undertook the complete project.
The design, groundworks, manufacture of equipment at the AEL factory and site installation were all completed by qualified, directly employed AEL personnel. This ensured a timely, high quality project and no hassle for the school. The rubber matting laid between the trees and under the trail apparatus protects the grass whilst blending beautifully with the environment. The matting has the added benefit of being an approved safety surface with a critical fall height of up to three metres.
