AEL handles delivery and installation with efficiency and minimal disruption, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you need a full turnkey solution or furniture only, our team manages everything from start to finish. With years of experience across the company and within our delivery and installation team, we consistently provide reliable, high-quality service to customers throughout the UK.
Delivery
For mainland UK addresses, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Made-to-order items may take up to 10 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and offshore islands may take slightly longer.
We deliver most furniture items using our trusted kerbside pallet courier service. Once your order reaches the courier, they will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient delivery date within the next 7 working days. The courier will deliver your items to the outside of the specified delivery address. After that, it’s your responsibility to move the goods, assemble if required, position them as desired, and dispose of any packaging. If needed, you can arrange free collection of empty pallets directly with the courier.
Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible by an HGV. If there are any restrictions, such as weight or width limits, inform the courier when scheduling the delivery so they can allocate a suitable vehicle.
To guarantee durability and strength, we deliver all furniture items fully assembled and ready to use.
For larger, made-to-order products, our in-house delivery team will handle the entire process. We’ll unload, assemble, and install everything in position, removing all packaging so the items are ready for immediate use. After receiving your order, our customer service team will provide an estimated delivery date. Our experienced team always works with care, following high standards and meeting all health and safety guidelines.
Smaller items and outdoor accessories usually qualify for standard parcel delivery. We use reliable courier services for these orders, and you can track your parcel every step of the way.
If you have ordered multiple items, these will be sent out in one delivery using the most appropriate transportation. Returns
Prior to accepting delivery, the contents of your order should be checked carefully for any damage to products or evidence of dents, scratches etc. or for incomplete supply. In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged, please reject delivery and our courier will return the goods straightaway. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to check the contents of your order upon delivery, please sign the delivery note as unchecked. AEL cannot accept responsibility for the replacement of damaged or incomplete goods reported over 48 hours after accepting delivery.
In order to process your refund or replacement with respect to damaged goods, we require photographic documentation showing the damage.
We accept returns or refunds in accordance with a 14-day cooling off period. Please note that beyond 14 days after purchase we cannot take responsibility for any refunds or returns.
Please note, made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
