Once the design is finalised, our skilled team will handle the installation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. In addition, we offer flexibility throughout the process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the final result exceeds your expectations. All in all, our services are designed to provide a seamless experience, ensuring your project is a success from start to finish.
Design & Survey
Whether you prefer to work directly with us or alongside your appointed designers and architects, we are here to support you. In addition, we will complete site surveys, and furthermore, our specialist in-house design team will create 3D/2D layouts to help realise your vision.
Our UK Factory
Since our conception, we have manufactured our furniture and play equipment from our factory in Reading. As time has passed, we have developed and expanded our capabilities, and today, we still manufacture a sizable proportion of our goods ourselves. Moreover, we can machine and fabricate softwoods, hardwoods, plastics, composites, metals, and alloys.
Bespoke Build & Branding
Thanks to our UK factory, equipped with CNC routers and a skilled manufacturing team, AEL is able to create truly unique products tailored to your specifications. By combining colours, sizes, and materials, we ensure that each product embodies sustainability, durability, and quality.
Project Management, Delivery & Installation
First, your account manager will liaise with you to ensure a smooth installation process. Then, we will deliver and install everything so you are ready for immediate trading. Furthermore, our delivery and installation teams carry out all jobs with care and attention to detail, ensuring the project meets our high-quality standards.
Guarantee, Aftercare & Maintenance
Following installation, you can rely on our ongoing support and advice. All products carry a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing faults and timber products a 10-year guarantee against wood rot. We can also carry out repairs and membrane recovering for all leading brands of umbrellas and awnings. Playground safety and maintenance inspections are performed by our qualified playground equipment team; carrying out improvements or maintenance at your request.
Procurement & Warehousing
An unrivalled selection of furniture and outdoor products is held in our Reading and Sheffield warehouses, ready for delivery on projects of any scale. In addition, our extensive, high-quality product range is flexible and unrestricted. Whether you need specific pieces to fit your desired design or prefer a custom solution, we can help, either by procuring the right items or using our bespoke production facilities.
