Browns Brasserie and Bar, Exeter

Last year, we had the pleasure of working with Browns Brasserie and Bar in Exeter. They wanted to make their outdoor space more inviting and practical. The goal was to create a spot that guests could enjoy all year round. We were excited to help them achieve this and give their business a boost.

The Challenge

Browns’ outdoor space had so much potential, but it wasn’t quite hitting the mark. They needed a space that worked well in all weather. The design had to look great and make guests feel comfortable. And of course, more seating was needed to accommodate busy times.

Our Solution

To create the perfect space, we added a few key elements. Here’s what we did:

Retractable Awning: It keeps guests dry or shaded, so they can enjoy the space in any weather.

Wall Heaters & LED Light Strips: These keep things cosy and warm, even on chilly evenings.

Stylish Planters: The planters add a pop of greenery and divide the space into inviting areas.

Cosy Booth Seating: This seating encourages guests to relax and stay longer, creating a comfy vibe.

Each feature was chosen to fit Brown’s style and improve the guest experience.

The Outcome

The transformation has been fantastic! Browns now have an outdoor space that works year-round. The retractable awning and heaters make it versatile, so guests can enjoy it in any weather. The extra seating has increased capacity, especially on busy days.

This project was a success because we made sure the space was both functional and stylish. It works in all seasons, keeps guests comfortable, and adds to the overall atmosphere of Browns.
