Moreover, The Red Shoot’s existing outdoor area was ready for an upgrade. It needed to be more durable, easier to maintain, and better equipped to handle all kinds of weather. Also, just as importantly, the new setup had to reflect the pub’s values, namely, its connection to the surrounding landscape and its desire to reduce environmental impact.

  • Recycled plastic picnic benches – durable and weather-resistant, made from sustainable materials.

  • Tunbridge cube sets – a modern, compact option ideal for dining and casual drinks.

  • New umbrella membranes – providing shade and weather protection for year-round use.

  Each element, including the benches with umbrellas, was chosen to enhance the look and functionality of the space while also reflecting the venue’s commitment to more sustainable choices.

The refreshed outdoor area is now more attractive, robust, and environmentally conscious.
