Design & Survey
We can work directly with you or alongside your appointed designers and architects. We will complete site surveys and our specialist in-house design team will create 3D / 2D layouts to help realise your vision.
Our UK Factory
Since our conception, we have manufactured our own furniture and play equipment from our factory in Reading. Over time, we have developed and expanded our capabilities, and to this day, we still manufacture a sizable proportion of our goods ourselves. In fact, we can machine and fabricate softwoods, hardwoods, plastics, composites, metals, and alloys.
Bespoke Build & Branding
Thanks to our UK factory equipped with CNC routers and a skilled manufacturing team, AEL can create truly unique products tailored to your specification. By combining colours, sizes, and materials, we deliver solutions that balance sustainability, durability, and quality.
Project Management, Delivery & Installation
First of all, your account manager will liaise with you to ensure a smooth installation process. Then, we will deliver and install everything so you’re ready for immediate trading. Moreover, our delivery and installation teams carry out all jobs with care and attention to detail, making sure each project meets our high-quality standards
Guarantee, Aftercare & Maintenance
Following installation, you can rely on our ongoing support and advice. Furthermore, all products come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing faults, while timber products include a 10-year guarantee against wood rot. In addition, we can carry out repairs and membrane recovering for all leading brands of umbrellas and awnings. Meanwhile, playground safety and maintenance inspections are handled by our qualified playground equipment team, who can also carry out improvements or maintenance at your request.
