The client wanted to extend the use of the sun decked area from 3 months to all year round. We recommended a retractable flat roof structure to match the footprint of the existing suspended decking. To achieve the best outcome, we worked closely with the main building contractors who were doing extensive renovations to the existing building and decking which our structure would be fitted against and onto.
The structure was installed smoothly and on time and allowed the client to rely on the use of an extra 60 covers.
Also, as part of this project, we assisted the client by relocating existing play area equipment and installing new areas of artificial grass to encompass the best overall use of space.
