Designing a Social Pub Garden with Mix-and-Match Outdoor Seating at The Station, Blaxton

The Station in Blaxton, near Doncaster, wanted to improve its outdoor area to make it more practical, welcoming, and also usable all year round. The aim was to create a versatile space that guests could enjoy in any weather, while adding comfort and character to the pub garden. Durable, low-maintenance solutions—including all-weather garden chairs– were key to achieving this.

Bespoke Single-Pitch Pergola

To begin, we installed a custom-made single-pitch pergola featuring a durable metal sheet roof. This weatherproof structure offers reliable shelter from rain and essential shade during sunnier days. Making the outdoor space suitable for year-round use.

Fixed Malta Booth Seating

In addition to the pergola, we provided Fixed Malta Booths. To maximise seating capacity while maintaining a clean and organised layout. These booths offer a practical yet comfortable seating solution that combines structure with sociability.

Mix-and-Match Tables and Chairs 

To complete the outdoor space, we supplied a carefully selected combination of tables and all weather garden chairs. This mix-and-match furniture approach not only adds visual interest and character but also provides flexibility for varying group sizes and customer preferences.
