The importance of visiting a showroom
Seeing a product image in a catalogue or online mood board can be great in establishing a design theme, engaging with customers and generating sales. However, to see a product in the flesh can have even greater outcomes with opportunity to touch, see and feel the quality for yourself.
Even if you have a strong idea of what you want, a showroom gives you the opportunity to not only see the products you have in mind, but to explore other options. It will either cement your ideas or present new ones for you to consider. Are you aware of all colour options, sizes, materials, branding methods, fabrics, configurations, or integrated heat and light options?
You may have ruled out plastic furniture, but have you really seen the strength of reinforced polypropylene chairs first hand? You may want to consider wood-look materials, but have you seen polywood or texture up close to compare the wood grain effects, and how it might look when a logo is engraved? Visiting our showroom will ensure you make an informed decision.
It is a great way to cross sell too. For example, in our showroom we display a huge range of chairs, tables, stools and benches. But we also have many different planters, awnings, shelters, giant umbrellas and even bespoke items that we have made to our client’s specification.
You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss ideas with our sales and CAD design team. We may be able to ask questions that you may not have considered and can help you explore all options available.
We welcome visitors to come and view our solutions and discuss any outdoor requirements you may have. To ensure your visit is worthwhile, we recommend you book a viewing appointment with our sales department on [email protected] or call 01189 230 300.
