Hotel Chocolat took St Neots by storm when they opened up their outlet café. We became involved as they wanted to expand their offering to outside. The main aim of the project was to design and build a way of ensuring their customers felt safe eating and drinking outside due to Covid. A great project that allowed us to be creative from the start. An excellent self-supporting pergola design with in-built booth seating meant it wasn’t just covid proof but future proof.
